Details of the walk:

We leave the car park near Cam Peak and then walk up to join the Cotswold Way and follow it up to the top of Cam Long Down for some fine views of the Severn valley. There is then a steep descent followed by a climb of the Cotswold escarpment to near Uley Bury. We then walk on the Cotswold Way through beech woods to reach Nympesfield after leaving the Cotswold Way. The walk then descends down a valley to Uley before a final ascent to walk around the edge of the Uley Bury Hill Fort for more fine views. There is then a descent back to Cam and the car park
