Details of the walk:

A leisurely walk to the Kingshill area of Dursley and Upper Cam with frequent stops to look at some of the area’s old buildings and other locations with a focus on their history. Mostly on pavements but some of the walk will be on paths. There will also be some steps and gradients.

Special areas of interest:
Dursley Tabernacle, Pike House, Kingshill House, the old ‘Gallows’ railway bridge, St. George’s churchyard, Cam Parish workhouse plus other historical sites.
Please note the following information for this walk:
  • Dogs on a short leash are allowed
  • This a family friendly walk. Accompanied children are welcome

Our goal is to provide a free walking festival for the local community and visitors to our beautiful countryside. We also work on projects throughout the year to improve access to walking activities.
