Details of the walk:

This walk is the western loop of the Figure of Eight Cotswold Gateway walk. If you are up for an all day challenge, why not sign up also for Walk 16 – Eastern Loop in the morning to complete the entire Figure of Eight?

From the Market Place, we will ascend Stinchcombe Hill, take in the magnificent views around the edge of the hill and descend to Stinchcombe Church.

We follow the side of the valley, running parallel with the M5 before snaking our way back to Upthorpe. Finally we cross Cam Meadows to St Georges Church and make our way back to Dursley.

Our goal is to provide a free walking festival for the local community and visitors to our beautiful countryside. We also work on projects throughout the year to improve access to walking activities.

Only if you are able, please consider making a donation online to allow this to continue in 2024.

Please note everyone is invited to book, attend and enjoy the festival regardless.
