A walk out to the picturesque village of Uley followed by a stiff climb up onto Uley Bury. Then an undulating ramble through Coaley Wood to Coaley Peak. A steady descent to Far Green via Levers Hill. Up onto Cam Long Down and Cam Peak for a final glorious view of the Severn Estuary. And a return to the Dursley in time for tea and cakes.

Special areas of interest:
Weather permitting there should be some stunning views over the surrounding areas. A couple of ancient monuments to discover. The Dursley Walking Festival always ends with tea and cakes in the Methodist church hall from 3 pm.
Please note the following information for this walk:

Our goal is to provide a free walking festival for the local community and visitors to our beautiful countryside. We also work on projects throughout the year to improve access to walking activities.

Only if you are able, please consider making a donation online to allow this to continue in 2024.

Please note everyone is invited to book, attend and enjoy the festival regardless.
